Legal protections for those threatened with being ‘outed’ by former partners – Setfords
This month Eurovision winner Conchita Wurst felt the need to reveal her HIV status to the world via Instagram. This was due to the threat of an ex-partner who said he would ‘out’ her against her wishes – she decided to take control and do so herself.
