Querying a payment

If you make a payment to Setfords Solicitors, you will need to speak to the solicitor assigned to your matter to arrange a refund. Please call 0330 058 4012 for the switchboard, or use your solicitors contact information to get in touch.

Payment errors or corrections

If payment is made in error, such as an incorrect matter reference or overpayment, please speak to our accounts team by calling 01483 375 690 or emailing setfordsaccounts@setfords.co.uk., quoting the WorldPay transaction ID you receive on confirmation.
